What Should Employees Know?
- Check your payslip: Once the new minimum wage rates are in effect, it’s advisable to carefully review your payslip to ensure the change has been correctly applied.
- Employment contract and collective agreements: Employees should consult their employment contracts and any applicable collective labor agreements (CLAs) to see if there are any changes related to the new minimum wage. Increases due to years of experience are not regulated by law but are determined by CLA-specific agreements.
