Smaller Beaches in the Netherlands
When the temperature rises, the beach is always a perfect destination. The Zeeland beaches and, of course, the well-known beaches of The Hague are very popular. Want to avoid extreme crowds at the beach? Then visit a local, smaller beach. Many people do not know that the island of Tholen is nearby and also has nice little beaches. Additionally, the beaches of Rockanje, Monster, and Vlugtenburg in ’s-Gravenzande are good alternatives.
Choose something small and cozy, and you will surely have a great day close to home with undoubtedly no (or fewer) traffic jams. 😉
